-went swimming for a while, but my elbow started to hurt
-no breakfast
Rest of today:
-fruit salad for lunch
-bike to work and back
-100+ crunches
-stretching for 30 minutes
-as small a supper as possible
-Mountain Dew for energy


This is not a pro-ana blog. It is, however, a personal record of my struggles with eating disorders and dance.
